OptimCall Features

Basic features include:

  • user-oriented information system for easy phone line related settings via a Web browser
  • flexible options to route incoming calls according to user-defined scenarios based on the current date, time and caller's number
    • the call can be routed to multiple phone numbers simultaneously, including mobile numbers
  • possibility of recording all incoming and outgoing calls
  • possibility of call recording activation during the call
  • call history
  • voicemail linked to user's e-mail
  • automatic call handling by an IVR system, including the ability to use speech recognition and text-to-speech
  • black list with blocked numbers

OptimCall can be further integrated with other IT systems to provide more services, for example:

  • integration with a calendar and attendance system for incoming calls routing based on user's current activity
